  • Item name and SKU (Mentioned on your invoice)
  • Photo of the item you received

Who pays for postage associated with Returns

All postage costs associated with returns are to be paid by the buyer. You may however be eligible for a reimbursement of postage costs if you paid for your order via Paypal. When will Interior Mantra send me a replacement?

We will process a replacement order as soon as we receive the returned item. In most cases you will receive your order within 3 to 5 working days within Australia.

Interior Mantra offers hassle free returns. You can choose to get your money back, as us for store credits or a replacement item.

Will you charge for shipping in case of sending a replacement item
